i sent money to one of my employees, he had this phone number for about 3 months. i tyed in his number to send the money to, paypal never gave me a name till the next morning when it showed the recipient's name and email which was not him. paypay refuses to refund my money? why can't they get it back from the person it went to? i sent that person a message asking to please return the money guess sh's just a thief with no conscience.
