I have discovered 9 months of recurring charges through my bank (via PayPal) to a vendor that I haven't subscribed to for over a year. When I visit my PayPal account, these transactions are non-existent. I have contacted that vendor (my account there does not show transactions). How do I file a dispute if these transactions do not exist in my PayPal account?
