Hello @locaflower,    Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues with a recent balance you've received through a transaction. If there hasn't been a recent transaction funded by the PayPal balance, or the funds were not transferred out to your bank or card on your account, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
