If they don't, and you've received an email from PayPal stating you've completed your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. They can guide you through what options are available to open a dispute on the transaction.
if you haven't received any confirmation from PayPal, and the merchant doesn't have any confirmation either, it's possible the transaction did not complete.
