I had made a payment to Gazelle.com which was later on cancelled. Even when I click on the payment details sent to my email by PayPal, it shows that the temporary approval was cancelled and my funding source wasn't charged yet my bank account balance since I made the payment is UNCHANGED. Money was taken from my bank account yet no money reflects back as refunded- PayPal isn't picking my calls. Please advise on what could be wrong.
