Hi, Paypal charged money before my order at Rockville was finished. As i couldnt finish my order there, they took my money anyway. So no purchase, or order was made, but money was taken by paypal. In my bank acc they took the money, but still shows as reserved. Contacted Rockville , they said, they cant do anything, because there are no order nummber.
