If you do not see the transactions showing on your PayPal account to report them, you'll want to contact our Customer Support directly. You can reach our Customer Support Teams by going to our website, scrolling to the bottom, and selecting 'Contact.'
If the transactions do show on your PayPal account, please follow the instructions listed on our Help Center here: How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity? I also recommend resetting your password and security questions right away. If you'd like to add a second layer of security to your PayPal account, you can enable 2-Step Verification.
