@StefanSg I understand your concern about the pending payment. PayPal may place a hold on funds for a variety of reasons, but you may have options to help release the funds sooner than the standard 21 days hold time. If there's any issue with the payment, it will be reversed to the original payment method. If the payment was processed through authorization, please take a look at this help center article. Since the transaction is not reflecting on your PayPal account, Kindly reach out to our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that one of our representatives can help you trace the payments.
@Blutxcowboy Regarding refund: I know how important it is to have funds at the right time. All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. If you've used your card to complete the transaction then your refund will go to your card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If you've used your bank account then the refund will initially go back to the bank. It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear in your bank account. Since it's been more than a month, please reach out to your financial institution so see if the funds have been credited.
