I completely understand. I don’t understand how the algorithm can recognize our Zettle to take % of transactions for ppwc loan payment but doesn’t recognize Zettle transactions to qualify us for ppwc loan. I hate how gratuity is set on Zettle. I am so disappointed in the whole thing. I have also switched to another service.
