Hello, as you can probably see I'm from Azerbaijan. I'm a developer who is building a web app that'll have global user payments/subscriptions. A while ago (more than a year) when I asked about if it's possible in my country unfortunately the answer was "no". Once again I'm asking to know if it's finally available, I need to receive money transactions from all over the world in my website and currently there's no service that I know does the job in my country.
