@Nazeem2    You’re being scammed. PayPal doesn’t charge activation fee and there isn’t a activation code to receive payment.   The fees PayPal charges are found here: Commercial Transaction Rates   And PayPal automatically deducts their fee from incoming payments and gives you the rest. PayPal does not ask you to pay a activation fee upfront in order to receive a payment.   Buyer didn’t send you any payment. @Nazeem2  You might be dealing with a scammer.   PayPal doesn’t charge activation fees, approval fees and doesn’t charge fees to release funds. Provide shipment tracking number in the PayPal transaction in your PayPal account or update order status to release funds sooner through the “Add tracking info” button if the payment is on the 21 day hold.   PayPal automatically deduct their fees from incoming payments according to the fee chart:  Commercial Transaction Rates You’re in South Africa (ZA) so the domestic payment fee is 3.40% + fixed fee and int’l payments fee is 4.40% + fixed fee  ...
