Correct login and password, but I can't login

Hello, I have problem to logged in again. I have two different valuta, so therefore I must have two different emails and Paypal. I have new phone with new Paypal app and new Google Authenticator app.   Laptop: https://www.paypal.com/signin We're sorry, we can't log you in. Contact customer service for more help, or try logging in again. -> The only way is to call paypal, not email. Email / Password -> Log In Enter your code Enter the 6-digit security code from your authenticator app -> Continue - I haven't got the 6 digits code, not my phone Authenticator, not my email (inbox/spam) and not my SMS. Having trouble logging in? Receive a text Mobile ‪+XX X•• •• XXX‬ -> Next Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you - Already have confirmed that is me.
