I ordered an SSD from BitDeals.tech in January this year; no further communication from them, nothing in the mail. I opened a dispute and it was closed without reason or resolution. When I tried to re-open, the prompts assume I've already gotten the item or an agreement from the seller for a refund! What do I do to get Paypal to step in?
