I'm trying to log in so that I can delete my account, but I'm not receiving an SMS code, regardless of how many times I try. Because my account was created for an Estonian company, the only option is to call the number provided. However, I cannot call this number, because I live in another country. The only option then seems to be for me to ask for the international version of PayPal's Estonian number, because I cannot use another number to reach support staff who can help me with my account.
