I am trying to verify my Paypal account by linking & confirming my debit card. I went to call my card company to ask for the 4-digit code as I couldn't see it on my online banking app. Upon retrieving the code, I came back to my computer to input the numbers and confirm my card. However, I automatically got logged out of Paypal because I guess the call with my bank took too long. I log back in and go back to my card details. The option to "Enter the code to confirm your card" wasn't there anymore, and some people say this can happen when the card has been confirmed automatically. This same "confirm" option is still available for my other card, so I know it only disappeared for the debit card I was trying to confirm. However, the deducted amount for the verification code hasn't been refunded to my debit card, and my account is still not verified. Please help. I have the 4-digit code here and all I need is to confirm my card. This whole process has been very frustrating with all the back and forth.
