Hello, I've discovered that my account seems to be unable to receive money in the paypal balance. I was supposed to receive two transactions in the last 40 days but none are showing in my activity or wallet. I was provided proof by the company that the money has been sent to my account and on the correct primary email address for my account. My account has been verified and my country is supported on the paypal payments list (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and i've linked my credit card (i was able to pay with paypal and send money multiple times). Has anyone encountered this before?
