Does PayPal cover my purchase if there's a problem? Always check your account for record of payment, do not just believe emails. Scammers can send spoof PayPal payment confirmations claiming payment’s been sent when it really hasn’t asking you to send money or some other nonsense in order to see payment in your account. PayPal never asks you to ship before receiving payment. Good luck.
