Someone hacked my account and upgraded it to a business account. I changed the password, but now I want to downgrade it to a personal account. On the help page it says to email them. The email is not listed ANYWHERE that I can find.

I have the same issue. Someone hacked my account and upgraded it to a business account. There is nowhere to contact PayPal and ask them to downgrade it. Only the telephone number.
