@MikaelSeb Open a tech support ticket for assistance: https://developer.paypal.com/support/ Turns out PayPal is getting rid of the Automatic Billing product: https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Products-Services/Is-Paypal-retiring-Auto-Bill-and-how-does-that-effect-my/td-p/3017735 Users are being directed to the Subscriptions product now. Perhaps there’s some way to alter the Subscriptions code to bill amounts that fluctuate that tech support can recommend. If not, you will have to go elsewhere for that particular product/service or use a third party shopping cart with Automatic Billing functionality that integrates with PayPal or have a web developer to code it for you. I am not finding anything that shows a way to alter the code to through a simple search or on the Subscriptions page.
