I made 2 purchases almost about a week ago through a bank I have linked. I did change banks a few days later due to a different reason and Paypal then deducted my balance and gave me a negative balance. I can’t see it now, but I did see the two charges deducting money from my account. I don’t know what to do, if I should pay the negative balance and pay it twice or wait for Paypal to help me.
