Hi everyone, We are in Australia and wish to sell a 'Software as a Service' product to clients in our own country, as well as the US (and maybe Canada and GB). 'Out of the box' PayPal doesn't offer what businesses here in Aust usually use i.e. bank transfer via Bpay of EFTPOS, AND what's more, would really not want to pay via PayPal and have to link a bank a/c just for us - won't happen. And, a large number of the businesses pay via their own special management software, which is set up to pay via Bpay or EFTPOS. We sell to corporates - businesses - NOT individuals. I note that PayPal has a BIG list of 'alernative' payment methods that may be able to be used, but I didn't see any for Australia that would provide EFTPOS type transfer. Question 1. For an Aust merchant selling to Aust clients, is there any way out of the issue described above. Question 2. For an Aust merchant selling to US clients, is there a bank transfer alternative that the majority of businesses would find very acceptable - and normal? Thank you.
