Hi, After doing this 2 times already with success (transferring money to a bank account). After recieving a payment for an invoice, I cannot transfer money at all. Nor to a paypal account or bank account either. I already paid with my paypal for stuff but I cannot send money. Do you know why? To any country in any currencies. My balance shows as available in paypal, but only lets me send using my credit card, debit card or bank account in Xoom. Inside paypal it won`t let me transfer money even to another paypal account. And I have the funds, even after conversion.
