Hello everyone, I had no idea that disputes need to be escalated for PayPal to check them. This info wasn't visible, found out only after the case was closed. What should I do now? 1. Seller didn't issue an invoice as I asked multiple times, made me transfer to personal account. 2. Told me deadline for creating website was within 2-3 business days, but he actually started to do what I asked only after several weeks when I opened the dispute (before opening I didn't revoke access to my hosting, and for 24 hours after he got dispute info, he made some steps I asked long time before). Moreover, he download hundreds of irrelevant images to my hosting, including dozens of selfies of 2 different men. My website is about company's discounts. In a dispute, he started lying that those were dummy images for testing, but he literally spammed my hosting with irrelevant images, logos, etc. 3. Dispute was closed, and I don't understand how to open another one, seems it impossible, please advise me what I can do further to solve this.
