I have a PayPal claim running for return of an item not as described. After escalated to claim seller agreed to refund all purchase costs on return of item. Shipping return costs are not included. Return shipping costs are to be at my cost. PayPal states that after return the refund will be paid and the case closed. Can I also claim for the return shipping once I ship the item back?
