I am buying an item from a private seller for £55. The seller is not a commercial seller. Will the paypal fees paid by the seller be the same if he requests the payment, or if I send it without receiving a request? How much will the fees cost the seller? I have looked on the Merchant fees page, but can't understand all the options. As a private seller, will the fees be determined by the merchant fees price list?
