I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced trouble with a recent transaction. You won't be able to change the location to a particular transaction. Please make sure you are logging in from a secure location and avoid using any VPNs or Proxy Servers, this may also block any activity on the account. If the issue still persists you may have to contact our Customer Support through the available, contact options so that our advisors can help you accordingly. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages. If you feel that the account was compromised as it showed that the login was at Manchester, please check the account activity to see if there are any unauthorized actions and report it right away through the Resolution Center. To secure your account, kindly change your security questions and password right away.
