Hello, I was just wondering if someone could help me. I’ve set paypal up to receive payment on a website. Normally people are given two options, to either ‘Login to PayPal’ or ‘Pay by Debit or Credit Card’, which makes sense. However someone is trying to buy from me, they are only being given the option to login to paypal. I believe this is because they have an existing paypal account, so when they entered their email address paypal recognises this. The problem is, this is an older person, who doesn’t remember the password for their PayPal account. Is there anyway to give them the option to just pay by card?
