@PayPal_JonK I have no other financials, this was my first try to buy something if that's what you meant. I can't add a credit card as I don't have one right now, I want to know if there's anything I can do to buy something. Thanks for the reply tho.

I want to buy something using PayPal but it keeps forcing me to add credit card information, I have enough money on my balance (it's not pending) and balance money is set as preferred. The account is verified. It does not matter if I buy something normal or a subscription.
