Thank you for your reply! For clarification, as @PayPal_Bindu mentioned above, the option may not be available due to our internal checks. Each transaction is evaluated separately. Even in situations where approval was available previously for that merchant, each separate set of circumstances engage the internal approval checks, which may determine that the transaction is ineligible. A similar transaction at a later time may be approved, depending on any other factors that may be different, even ones that may not be noticeable. We regret the inconvenience.
