Im a new landlord and new to Paypal.... was charged 35.88 for a 1200.00 rent payment from my tenant. Is this a charge I can expect every month, or a one time fee as a new paypal customer? This seems excessive, and if it is a fee I will be charged with every transaction, I will not use this service any longer. Thank you
