I want to start a business but Paypal does not let me create an invoice. when I click Create Invoice after that it just says in red letters: Your Account May Only Be Used to Send Money As a PayPal Send Only account holder, you are not permitted to receive funds from other PayPal account holders. How can I fix this? Please Help me
