I've tried another browser - Safari - with no previous Paypal history and I get the same result. The first browser I used was Chrome with a fairly recent version. I've only set up my Paypal account today. The second browser I used was Safari, but it is a bit old. I tried again on Chrome. This time, I swapped the 2 questions and I got an error.- "We're sorry. Something seems to have gone wrong. Please try again"
