money was sent from 2 account to 1 person for the value of goods, then the deal did not go through, the receiver sent the full amount minus fees to one account which resulted in almost 140 dollars loss. what do you advise to be done? never encountered such a case or anything that requires to start a claim/dispute, and in the same time i don't want to cause headache or problems to the other side, but i want the money back! any advise?
