Hello everyone, I have an app on the Samsung Galaxy Store. On my Galaxy Store Seller account I connected my PayPal account as a payment method. However, I never received any of the profits. I of course contacted Galaxy Store Support. They said that they had tried to send me the money, but the transaction failed and that the reason was: “Receiver is unregistered”. They also told me that I should contact PayPal. I couldn’t find a way to contact PayPal directly by email, so instead I’m writing here. I don’t know how my account can be unregistered. I’ve used it earlier to receive money, it worked like a charm. I have valid VISA card connected. What could be the problem? Could it be that they misspelled the email when sending the payment?
