Hello. I recently purchased a new item from an online store with Paypal credit. I did not want the purchase to be on credit so i quickly emailed the shop for a cancellation as the order was still 'processing'. 3 days later, the item I had wanted to cancel showed up at my doorstep. The order was, and still is 'processing'. The shop didn't respond to my emails until the item had been delivered, to which I asked what I could do in regards to cancelling or returning. The seller of the new item told me to either keep it as a spare, or to sell it myself 'for credits'. Is there anything I can do here? I don't want the purchase on Paypal credit and definitely gave the sellers enough notice by INSTANTLY emailing them to cancel. The seller has since stopped replying to my emails entirely... Any advise would be very useful, thank you.
