Hello, my friend sent me money via paypal. There is a 21 day hold. I was advised by customer services that my friend should send an email confirming that this is not a commercial payment. It was personal. This way, the hold can be removed. My friend did send the email. I was copied. Paypal claim to not find the email. What more can I do to be exempt from 21 day hold?
