i paid a company 254 Service Ltd UK Euro 239.00 by mistake, until now i have tried to get the refund, but has not been successful, how can i get refunded , i have written to PayPal several time, the only msg i get from them is that, my request may take longer, or there was a problem with the refund. i writen to the company but i have not received any replies from the company. how do i go about this refund.
