PayPal will not let me transfer money from my checking or savings into my PayPal Savings account. I get the error code "PayPal cannot confirm who you are" I have talked to customer service and left messages - All I get is "That's our security system, there is nothing we can do." I was going to transfer $100,000 into my savings but now I can't. And apparently PayPal doesn't really care(!)
