I can't find out why I can't transfer money from my card on file to my paypal, even though paypal does give me this option or the option of using direct bank transfer, which takes days, unlike when using a card. When I try to use my card (that has been attached to my paypal for many years) to add money to my paypal, it won't let me and says We're unable to process your request right now. Try again later. Been saying this for months. How can I use my credit card for transferring money to my paypal?
