Purchased a new product from an online retailer that has known worldwide presence in an established tabletop (not trying to get in trouble by mentioning them by name) community. They were testing and producing this product in batches. I just found out Kickstarter orders from 2019 for this product were shipped in September 2022. Our order was supposed to be here (I ordered in January) in May. I haven’t gotten any answers back from them after the last time I asked for an update in August. The response was “second batch ships in March 2023.” What do I do? They already took our money in January.
