Anyone else find the reps lying to them just to close a conversation down? I had four different replacement tell me the same case was going to be closed in my favour, as I provided evidence the item was received. Then I get an email today saying it was decided on the buyers favour. I’ve got screenshots off all the messages from the reps saying they “can see the case” will be closed in my favour and they’re making sure it happens. How do I repair that they lied?
