I purchased a jacket with a custom word on it, and supplier sent me the wrong size.. I queried it, no luck so... asked Paypal to sort them out, only for the case to eventually be rejected as 'the item was customized'.. There's a clause in PayPal's "Buyer Protection policy" that apparently "excludes customized items" from protection.. Based on that argument, they could have sent me a FROG with the custom word on it, and Paypal would be happy to allow that!! (as it's customized right!) The 'customized' clause should NOT override the fact that the wrong item was delivered. Anyone else been stung with this clause? Anyone else agree that PayPal should review/correct/clarify this clause? Not happy Jan.. PS: Size matters... could easily have been for a set of 20" rims painted black.. What am I gunna do with a set of 13" rims!!
