I can log in and use my account normally. But today, when I shopped on the Apple website, I couldn't pay properly, I was always prompted with "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you", and even though I had logged in to PayPal properly, the Apple website couldn't access my PayPal account that was already online. ...
