Hello everyone!! I wanted to hop on here to seek help because the agents are not really being helpful. So, I connected two of my Revolut cards to my account and whenever I try to shop online there’s a spending limit of around 150€ I believe? I noticed that when I check out with (for example) an item that costs 40€ I can pay but whenever I try to make a purchase with a value of 300€ for instance a message pops up that says “This card cant be used for this transaction”. I talked to a live agent about this and they told me that there is no limit on my account. I also contacted Revolut and no problem on their side either. I’ve waited 72 hours to try to purchase again, like an agent suggested but it still doesn’t work. I can only pay with credit card and my bank is not an option at the moment. Lastly, the website that I am trying to purchase on only allows PayPal as a payment method. I am truly stuck and I would appreciate advice. Thank you!
