Hi, I tried to buy a game on Steam, I was using my credit card through PayPal, but there was a glitch while processing the payment. I got an email telling me there is an error, I look at my bank app and I got charged, I look at my PayPal and I don't see the transaction. I already contacted both Steam and my bank, I still didn't get a full response from either.
