How can I successfully link my GCash Mastercard to my Paypal account? I need to link my gcash card to verify my paypal acc but everytime I tried it says that my card was declined. I already made sure that all of the information to my Paypal and Gcash are matched, I activated my GCash Mastercard, and put money in my GCash acc but still, it won't link. Please help me, I need to verify my Paypal acc asap. Thank you.
