Been a Paypal member for 16yrs. I am not a seller but I sold my car as a "one-off" sale. Buyer transferred money via Paypal which is pending for up to 21 days. I paid unreasonable high Paypal fees. Case was supposed to be escalated but was not given a reference code. Anyone lodged a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman for the unacceptable length of time Paypal withholds funds and fees refunded?
