@Raggytaz I suggest the account owner (you or your wife) call PayPal as guest caller (since her account is closed) and ask to be directed to the fraud department because her account was closed without her doing it after inadvertently making a purchase at a suspicious website. Log out of all accounts and go to: https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/contact-us Click “Call Us” option on the bottom. Click “call use as guest” link. or https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/contact-us Click Password and account access. Click Login problems. Click Call Us after “This information might help” box. Click “call us as guest” link.
