I recently tried to buy a game and was met with Your action cannot be processed em.ext.10027 upon checking my PayPal account I saw that the money I had was gone and an order saying: "Your payment method will be charged when EA Swiss Sarl completes your order." ive already tried to contact EA support and they cant do anything about it.
