I'm trying to top up my paypal, which somehow went into the negative, all so I can delete it. This being due to the fact google has disabled my account and has decided to not reenable it thereby locking me out of being able to stop recurring transactions which run through this paypal. I'm sitting here trying to fix so much that has gone wrong because of this and getting all of these hangups is getting annoying at this point.
